【Limited period】Sweet Red-bean Soup (coarse red-bean paste)

北海道十勝産小豆を使用したおしるこに、丸餅を入れました。丸餅には北海道産のもち米「はくちょうもち」を使用し、柔らかくきめ細かな生地に仕あげています。食べやすく歯切れのよい餅と、やさしく上品な甘さのおしるこの絶妙な組み合わせです。

※店舗によっては、期間内に販売を終了する場合がございます。 A sweet red-bean soup made using Azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, served with a round mochi. The mochi uses “Hakuchomochi,” a glutinous rice from Hokkaido for a soft, fine texture. The delicate sweetness of the soup is a perfect match with the soft and chewy mochi.
